Getting started

Download the Shapemate app from the App Store, create your account, and follow the onboarding steps inside the app.

Subscriptions

You can cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings under Subscriptions. Your access remains active until the current billing period ends.

Account deletion

To request account deletion, email support@shapemate.eu with the subject Delete my account. We process deletion requests in accordance with GDPR.

Bug reports

If something is not working, send us a short description, your device model, app version if available, and a screenshot where possible.
